Pay & Schedule

Starting at $17.00/hour (based on experience)
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Columbia, SC

This Role Is Critical

You are the backbone of daily operations.

When the yard is organized, jobs run smoothly.
When materials are wrong or missing, everything falls apart.

This position requires:

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain full organization of yard inventory, materials, and equipment

• Receive and properly stage incoming deliveries

• Prepare and verify materials for upcoming job sites

• Deliver materials safely and on time

• Operate forklift, bobcat, and pull trailers confidently

• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness

• Identify inventory shortages before they become problems

• Keep yard clean, safe, and professional

You will be trusted to manage this area independently.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to pass background check and drug test

• Ability to lift 80 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Experience operating bobcat, forklift, and pulling trailers

• Reliable transportation — attendance is critical

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Welding or fabrication experience

• Experience working with fence materials

• Skilled with hand and power tools
